Great staff!! A friend had a exchanging of rings there. Didn’t take pictures of the food but the spinach & artichoke dip & buffalo chicken dip were delicious. They have homemade chips too! The chicken tenders were really good as well!
I didn't order any food this time but 5 stars for the service and ambiance. I'm not used to bars having more than one sour option on tap as well as crowlers to take your favorite brew home. 🩷
Fantastic place awesome folks and a great asset to the community. Food was quick and good. Good selection of beers on tap. A must try in the area and a place we will be back to next time we are out wheeling.
Great food and craft beer selection. Convenient to go to when riding ATV at AOAA when the connector trail is open on the weekends.
I found Ale House only after another local establishment was closed today…. but I’m grateful for that because I stumbled on a gem in the heart of Shamokin. There was a diverse tap list and cocktail menu, food options in every variety, and the staff were all very welcoming and accommodating. I followed the suggestion of the waitress and went for the chicken park grilled cheese, but also got to try to brisket. The fries were excellent, and the dessert pizza was the perfect ending. Will return soon for more!
Food is alway great! This is a great spot to hang out AND catch live music. They also have a great selection of beer on tap. Plus you can grab a bottle of wing sauce to go!
Best deal is $1 tacos on Taco Tuesday, that’s for the beef taco. Other options cost a little more, like chicken, grilled steak or fried haddock. Your choice of soft or hard shell. Tacos were yummy. They also have a fantastic beer selection. Restaurant was very clean. The service was friendly and efficient. I would definitely eat here again.

Came in town for work and a friend recommended this place. He was spot on. The place has good character, the best selection of beer, excellent blue cheese bacon burger and the best staff. Melissa was a great bartender and gave excellent recommendations on food and beer. Also great conversation. Highly recommend stopping by the Ale House when in town!
Always great food, and the service is friendly and courteous. Always attentive to your needs and make sure you always have a drink and doing good. my only complaint is that the lightning could be a little brighter
